GB / GalyaBiryukova Fashion House is an author-driven fashion house with more than a decade of history, founded by Galya Biryukova after her studies at the Vyacheslav Zaitsev Fashion House.
Over the years, the fashion house has created collections and individual projects presented at international fashion weeks and professional platforms in Russia and Europe, including shows in Paris, Milan, Monaco, and Dubai. The works have taken part in major international programs and have been recognized by professional competitions.
The work of the fashion house is based on an authorial approach to form, silhouette, and construction, with close attention to the body and material, as well as an understanding of clothing as a complex system - visual, plastic, and functional.
Fashion here is treated as a continuation of artistic thinking and as a way of working with volume, movement, and space.
GB / GalyaBiryukova Fashion House brings together collection-based fashion, bespoke work, and many years of professional experience.
Today, the fashion house continues to develop in Milan, combining collection projects, high-level individual commissions, and experimental forms, remaining a living and relevant part of the contemporary fashion and artistic landscape.

Rotterdam FW2015/16

Rotterdam is the diploma collection of Galya Biryukova and her first major authorial project, marking the starting point of her professional career.
The collection is based on an exploration of Rotterdam’s architecture and the visual language of the contemporary urban environment. Principles of form, rhythm, and structural composition found in the city’s architecture are translated into clothing and sculptural headpieces. A key conceptual reference is the painting “Rotterdam” by artist Nikolai Biryukov, which became a point of intersection between fashion and fine art within the collection. The collection was first presented on the runway of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Russia at Manege and took part in professional competition programs. The project received high professional recognition from Vyacheslav Zaitsev, establishing the direction of the brand’s further development - a focus on form, construction, and an individual artistic approach to fashion.

Esquisse SS2017

Esquisse is an SS 2017 collection built on the exploration of texture, handcraft, and material. Natural linen, eco-leather, and authorial appliqué form a language of light yet richly layered materiality.
Special attention in the collection is given to experimental designer bags made of silk and transparent materials, working through the contrast of density and airiness. These accessories function as independent objects and play a key role in shaping the visual identity of the collection. Top Secret SS2018

Top Secret is a collection created and presented by the Fashion House during the period when it operated under the KGB / KolyaGalyaBiryukovy label.
The project incorporates hand-painted artwork and painting by artist Nikolai Biryukov as a key element of the visual language. Almost every look features a unique hand-painted composition integrated into the form and construction of the garment.
The painting functions not as decoration, but as an integral part of the design, enhancing the silhouette and reinforcing the individuality of each look. The collection brings together both adult and childrenswear pieces and reflects an important stage in the Fashion House’s development, marked by a conscious exploration of the intersection between fashion and fine art. The collection was presented at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Russia, Manege, Moscow.

Parfum FW2018/19

Parfum is a collection conceived as an exploration of historical imagery and cultural memory through form and detail.Here, the costume becomes a carrier of signs: large-scale appliqués referencing symbols and ornamentation of the past create a visual narrative in which fashion operates as a language of history. A special place within the collection is given to headpieces - hats featuring original paintings by artist Nikolai Biryukov, positioned at the boundary between accessory and autonomous art object.The collection brings together fashion, painting, and performative presence, forming a cohesive whole in which form, decoration, and concept function as a single system.

Silver ring SS2019

Silver Ring is a collection created within the international project Transformation of the International Forum of Slavic Cultures (Ljubljana, Slovenia), where the brand was selected to represent its country. The collection is based on an authorial reinterpretation of traditional folk costume, translating it into a contemporary fashion and artistic language through form, silhouette, and material. The project was presented at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week, at the gala dinner and ministers’ meeting of the International Cultural Forum in Saint Petersburg (Russian Ethnographic Museum), and later at Ljubljana City Hall (Slovenia) within the framework of the International Forum of Slavic Cultures, as well as at Belgrade Fashion Week, reinforcing the collection’s international status.

Gulfstream FW2019/2020

Gulfstream is a maritime collection by Galya Biryukova, created as a result of the designers’ long-standing interest in nautical themes within the context of contemporary fashion. The collection includes both adult and children’s looks and is distinguished by a high level of handcrafted work. A significant portion of the fabrics was specially developed for the project, combining different textures and materials to create depth, contrast, and tactile richness. A key visual accent of the collection is a series of headpieces shaped like ocean liners, created by artist Nikolai Belyakov. These sculptural forms extend the maritime theme and function not as decorative elements, but as an integral part of the overall look. The collection was presented at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Russia and Milan Fashion Week, and received first prize in the Fashion category at the international headwear exhibition Chapeau.

Abstraction FW2022/2023

Abstraction is a collection created on the basis of the painting “Sunset in the Port” by artist Nikolai Biryukov. At the core of the project is the translation of a pictorial composition into the language of clothing: color planes, rhythm, balance, and formal tension are transformed into the construction of the silhouette. The painting does not function as an illustration but as a structural source - a starting point for working with proportion, cut, and the movement of fabric. The collection explores the transition from image to volume, from surface to body, preserving the artist’s abstract way of thinking within a fashion form.
The collection was first presented in Milan as part of Milan Fashion Week. The second presentation took place in Moscow at the CHAPEAU International Exhibition of Headwear, August 2022.

White nights

White Night is the first independent authorial collection by Galya Biryukova, created outside the logic of fashion weeks and runway presentation.
The collection was developed as a standalone artistic project and realized within the author’s White Night project in Saint Petersburg during the period of the White Nights. The city’s space, natural light, and the unique state of time became integral elements of the concept. For the first time in the designer’s practice, the collection was presented in the format of a fashion film. The project brings together clothing, movement, architecture, and atmosphere into a unified visual narrative. In this project, Galya Biryukova acts simultaneously as designer, curator, and producer, shaping a coherent artistic language in which fashion becomes both a medium and a form of expression.

Intergalactic FW2021/2022

Intergalactic is a conceptual collection developed around a cosmic theme and imagery of the future.A key element of the project is a series of sculptural headpieces shaped as flying objects, created based on sketches by artist Nikolai Biryukov.
The collection includes both adult and children’s looks, working within a unified visual and conceptual language.Intergalactic was presented at Don Fashion Week.
As part of the project, the brand’s second fashion film was produced.

Felicità SS 2023

Felicità is the first collection marking the beginning of the Italian period in the brand’s work. Fully created in Italy, it represents a new stage shaped by a change of environment, rhythm, and perception of form. The collection was developed with a sense of Italian light, air, and atmosphere, where form becomes more fluid and construction more relaxed and alive. In the work with materials and silhouette, there is a feeling of sunlight, movement, and an inner sense of joy already embedded in the name of the collection. Felicità was presented at Milan Fashion Week, shown in Paris at Carrousel du Louvre, and participated in an international exhibition of headwear in Moscow.

Old Hollywood

Old Hollywood is an art-driven collection based on an exploration of silent cinema, black-and-white imagery, and the aesthetics of the Art Deco era. At the core of the project lies a cinematic myth, expressed through silhouette, movement, and the visual dramaturgy of early film. The key motif of the collection is the panther - a symbol of grace, motion, and restrained power. This image runs throughout the collection: in the form of headpieces, hats, and pilot caps shaped by the panther’s silhouette, as well as in the lines and details of the garments themselves. Here, form functions as a carrier of character and atmosphere, bringing together costume, cinematic language, and artistic gesture. The collection unfolds as a unified visual statement in which fashion becomes a way of engaging with cultural memory and imagery. The Old Hollywood collection was presented in Dubai
